In that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying,
"Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?"
And calling to him a child, He put him in the midst
of them and said, "Truly, I say to you, unless you
turn and become like children, you will never enter
the kingdom of heaven.
Whoever humbles himself like this child is the
greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

Christ Followers of the Great Commission
We are not a church for we believe no man should stand between us and God like the churches of today do.
We know and go to Jesus directly.
We're just a home, an old married couple who has a need for fellowship in celebrating the Glory of Jesus Christ in our lives.
We want to tell you what Jesus has done for us.
At 6pm, we start each Friday with
an informal, everyone welcome, free
Family Style Supper
We welcome anyone to stay for fellowship afterward.

Faith of a Child Ministry
Just His Truth, the whole Truth and nothing but His Truth...
so help us God!
Ephesians 2:8-10
For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, 9 not a result of works, so that no one may boast. 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.
Stop sitting on the bench... get out and get the Spirit.
We're on the winning team and this win is a guarantee
 It's time for our community to come together to form the whole body of Christ.
Worship today has become one man speaking his personal truth to a whole lot of ears who are content in letting that one man do all their work for them.
Just like social charities today... we throw our money at it but not our time.
God made you unique for a reason: be true to Him through you and your effort.
What's your talent? What do you like to do?
In Him we can be more, in each other we can be the whole body of Christ - the true church: with Him as the only shepherd and we all being His sheep.
Message to teachers and ministers of our local congregations...
(Hired hand - paid by the sheep to serve the sheep: employed by, not relying on God outside your ministry so that you are bound to two masters: unlike St. Paul e.g. minister & tent maker)
If you have taken on the role of a hired hand tending His flock, then look at His sheep in your care... are they alive and growing or are they sluggish and dying?
Maybe it's time to reflect... are you feeding them your opinion or His Truth, His Way and His Life. Get back to the Bible and the shepherd's message, not yours. John 10
It doesn't matter how many seats you fill: what matters is how many people leave full. Christ is the only Shepherd and Priest, be a minister and care! Now ask yourself this...
How many hours a week do you read the Bible?
How many hours a week do you spend worshiping and praying?
How many Christian, Christ followers, do you call friend and see more than once or twice a week?
How many hours a week do you spend in true fellowship "kiononia" with Bible study and discussion with other people?
How many hours a week do you sit on your seat listening to "someone else" as they try to lead you closer to the Lord and deeper into spiritual growth?
OK now...
How many hours a week is our Lord God Jesus Christ there for you?
Wow that could be quite the gap we all are growing there!
How about finding another way to fill the gap.
We can be your G.A.P. filler because we try to keep God As Priority
We are not a church, and we pray that you find/attend a good Bible teaching church, we are your neighbor and our door is open for fellowship and aid. |
